Tips on Promoting Your Event

Supporting Events and Growing Your Community

Through thoughtfully designed spaces, a connected membership, and built-in promotion channels, we support facilitators, founders, and community builders in hosting meaningful events—and getting the right people in the room.

Our goal is to help you not only host your event, but grow your presence within a community that’s engaged, curious, and ready to participate.

Promoting Your Event to the Vessel Designs Community

When you host or hold an Activator Membership with Vessel Designs, you gain access to a growing community both in-person and online:

Tap into our Membership pool of 250+ people, and community of over 4,000.

Like anything, promoting your event takes intention—but you don’t have to do it alone. Here are some ways to make the most of the support available:

1.Start with the Community

One of the most effective ways to promote your event is simply to show up.

Introduce yourself in the space, connect with others, and share what you’re working on. Whether you're working from the lounge or attending a gathering, these small moments build familiarity and trust.

2.Share Your Event in our App

For anyone in our Vessel Design app:

Post an introduction and share your event in the community feed. Include a photo, a short write-up, and a link to register.

3.Leverage Social Media

Tag Vessel Designs when you post about your event so we can reshare it with our audience and extend your reach.

4.List Your Event Across Our Platforms (Activator Membership)

With an Activator Membership, we will share your event across multiple channels:

  1. The Events section in the Vessel app

  2. The Vessel Designs Community & Connection Meetup group

  3. The “Upcoming Events” section on our website

    List your event

5.Get Featured: Event Spotlight

Highlighting specific events in our newsletters. This is a great way to bring extra attention to launches, special workshops, or limited-capacity gatherings.

6.Introduce Yourself: Member Spotlight

Let the community get to know you and your work. A Member Spotlight shares your story, your offering, and what you’re building—helping create deeper connection and trust.

7.Expand Beyond Vessel

You can also broaden your reach by sharing your event on platforms like Eventbrite or Meetup, or through aligned communities like Maza Hobbies.
