What types of Memberships are there?

Vessel Designs has Memberships carefully designed for:

• Coworking - rent desks, offices, and meeting rooms by the hour, day, or month

• Wellbeing Professionals - rent practitioner and treatment rooms by the hour or month

• Event Hosts - rent meeting rooms and event venues by the hour or month

What is the difference between a Membership and a Drop-In?

Both Members and Drop-Ins get to enjoy all the wonderful things Vessel Designs locations have to offer: a great community, awesome vibe, and supportive amenities.

If you want to regularly book desks, offices, meeting rooms, or venues, a Membership gives you the best pricing and the most flexibility!

Many people start with booking a Drop-In and then upgrading to a Membership.

What are your Member hours?

Member Hours: 6:00am - 10:00pm, everyday

Non-Member/Drop-In Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm, everyday

How do I make a booking with a membership?

When you have a Membership, all booking can be made quickly and easily right in our app.

Why should I choose a Vessel Designs membership?

A Vessel Designs Membership provides flexibility, value, and convenience.

As a Member, you enjoy:

• Extended Member access hours: 6:00am-10:00pm, every day

• Book Hot Desks, Micro Offices, Studios, Event Spaces and Meeting Rooms with shorter minimum bookings

• Enjoy preferred hourly rates on coworking desks, studios, rooms, and add-ons

• Receive booking allowances and complimentary credits (varies by plan)

Do you offer mailbox service?

Yes, OneSpace offers monthly mailbox service. See the app for pricing.

Do you offer lockers / storage?

Yes! OneSpace offers both locker storage and mail service. 

Locker pricing ranges from $10-$20/mo. depending on size and availability.

What’s expected when using shared spaces?

Everyone is expected to:

• Clean up after themselves

• Reset desks and rooms for the next person

• Respect shared amenities and community guidelines

Our coworking spaces are professionally cleaned on a regular schedule.

What amenities are included?

Members enjoy high-speed internet, free coffee & snacks, printing, pet-friendly spaces, extended hours (6 am-10 pm), and more.

Is childcare available at all locations?

The Children’s Atelier is located at our OneSpace location. Childminding is booked and priced separately from coworking.

What happens if all desks or rooms are booked?

With 3 locations it is rare to not be able to find a desk, office, or meeting room when you need one! Members can:

• Check availability at another location by switching your app location

• Book up to 90 days advance through the app

• Create recurring bookings to ensure you always get the time you need

Are pets allowed at all locations?

Yes! All Vessel Designs locations are dog-friendly. Please see our pet code of conduct for details.

Do I need insurance?

Members and leaseholders are responsible for insuring their personal property and business activities. Certain memberships or leases require liability insurance naming Vessel Designs as an additional insured with a minimum of $2M coverage.
